My work is grounded in the belief that every woman deserves to feel safe, supported, and deeply respected as she births, no matter how or where that happens.
Birth is not just a medical event; it’s a profound rite of passage. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, whether you’re planning a birth at home, a hospital birth, or something in between, I’m here to help you navigate it with confidence, presence, and connection.
I bring a balance of warmth, intuition, and evidence-based knowledge. My approach weaves together modern understanding and ancient wisdom — helping you connect with your body’s natural rhythm while creating the environment and mindset you need to birth from a place of trust and strength.
