The placenta is your baby’s first home, a sacred organ grown with intention and intelligence. Many families feel called to honour it in a way that feels meaningful, practical, or both. I offer placenta services that are respectful, informed, and held.

Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation is a practice used across the world to support the postpartum body.
I prepare your placenta in ceremony, with care, following food-safety standards and a slow and calm process. I can encapsulate your placenta using either the ’raw’ or the TCM inspired method.
Mothers may choose to encapsulate their placentas to support energy, mood, replenishment, and recovery during the postpartum period.

Placenta Art
Placenta print art is a simple and meaningful way to honour the organ that nourished and protected your baby throughout pregnancy. Each print is completely unique, shaped by the veins and flow that sustained life for months, often resembling a tree.
The print is created by gently pressing the prepared placenta onto quality paper, allowing its natural form to create an organic imprint. At a later stage, once dried, I apply water colour to the print. Colours, shades and text are always discussed with mum first.
Some families choose placenta print art as a way to close the chapter of pregnancy, honour their body’s work, or keep a tangible reminder of birth. Prints are received framed.
Placenta prints are created using hygienic practices and non-toxic materials. This service is best discussed and booked during pregnancy.

Ceremony & Closing Rituals
If you feel called to acknowledge this threshold with ceremony, I can support you with a simple, grounded ritual to close the birth journey. This can include your placenta or left-over capsules.
