Creating a birth map and plan based on your own decisions.
First
Our meeting, 1-2 hours
Meeting either at your home, online or at a public place, we will create a map of your birth. Not leaving anything to chance, we will go though each option and make informed decisions, as well as decisions that are based in your own innate knowing and intuition. This map reach much further than a standard birth plan, making decisions where you are still empowered and making decisions for you and your baby, on your terms, in all situations.
From our map, we will start creating an easy to read document for printing, your birth plan.
Second
Just you
Continuing to create your birth map, and from your map, building a draft birth plan. Taking notes of any questions or emotions that arise, and writing them down.
Third
Virtual meeting
We meet virtually, and discuss any questions or feelings that have come up and look at the progress of the birth plan. If you would like, I look through your plan and provide feedback or help editing layout for clarity.
