About the event
Together we will learn more about, and go through movements of baby massage using Abhyanga. Abhyanga is an ancient Ayurvedic practice. This requires no previous knowledge, in a space that welcomes all parents, including those who are pregnant or trying to conceive. We will also explore self-abhyanga, the art of giving yourself a massage. For both your baby and yourself, abhyanga can provide a boost of oxytocin supporting bonding, better sleep and support digestion.
