Hypnobirthing is the art, philosophy and science of birth. It is about harnessing the power within you to remain in control of your mind, body, spirit and experience no matter what the outcome of your birth.
Birthing is instinctual. Our bodies are designed to birth without fear. Yet in our modern world women and men have been led to believe that a woman's body is somehow inadequate, and that childbirth is something to fear, requiring medical intervention.
The Sacred Birth Rising Hypnobirthing Course is unlike any other hypnobirthing course around. It dives deep into body wisdom and the relationship with self and others. It looks at birth planning from a trauma informed perspective and takes birth back to sacred beginnings.
