As for many, my season of matrescence completely changed my life. Mind, body and spirit, all were transformed.
During pregnancy, birth and the immediate postpartum I struggled with feelings of isolation, loneliness and anxiety. Unsure of where to turn or what to do next, I searched for answers. This very quickly led me to the realisation that I wasn't as alone as I thought I was.
That was the very start of Mother Birth.
